6 steps to integrate AI and automation into your business today
We are currently working with a client for AI automation for emails and task management. After digging deeper hands-on I have to say that the tools on the market are ready to be integrated into your business.
These are the actions you can take:
Audit your repetitive tasks
Map your workflows and what steps are involved
Start with one task at a time
Leverage tools that require no code like Copilot Studio, OpenAI or n8n
Ensure you’re gathering data
Analyze the data in order to fuel iteration

AI has made for a tough job market, but it also opens new doors
While AI is closing many doors, it is also opening others to new opportunities when they embrace it. Be flexible, continue learning more about AI and how it is weaving itself into our daily lives in order to stay ahead. Even college professors are educating their students on using AI effectively.
Ads in ChatGPT? A potential leak suggests we are heading down that road
Ad-related code has found its way into the Android app for ChatGPT. This doesn’t guarantee we are heading towards a world where the free version of the popular AI chatbot is pumped with ads but it is looking more likely if they want to increase revenue. What will that experience even be like?

Everything announced at Amazon’s AWS tech conference
At re:Invent Amazon put new AI advancements on display from chips like Trainium, customizable agents including on that can code for days on your behalf. Lyft is currently using their agents to answer rider and driver questions which resulted in 87% decrease in resolution time. Efficiency gains are real with the latest tooling.

Pico’s 2026 headset looks like a pair of glasses and has 4K displays
Form factor and display quality are two key variables that drive success for virtual and mixed reality devices. The images we’ve seen here look like a big improvement over regular VR headsets that look like chunky goggles. If they are comfortable, have vibrant displays and a good content catalog these could be quite successful.

While true AR isn’t here yet, Alibaba just launched their first set of glasses
These look more like most AI glasses that are on the market today but they do have a dual waveguide displays that are capable of rendering green graphics and text over a wearer’s field of vision. The next evolution for AI smart glasses are all trending towards minimal flat displays while retaining functionality like cameras, AI and lightweight form factors.

Transportation
Uber and Avride launch robotaxi service in Dallas
The year long partnership is starting to bear fruit with their first commercial launch of the autonomous version of the ride hailing service. While there is still a human test driver this is the start of a long road towards the holy grail of true autonomous ride hailing.
Archer Aviation is preparing to bring flying taxis to Miami
Although these aren’t flying cars from the Jetsons, it’s impressive to see how quickly flying taxis are gaining approval for testing. The goal is to connect Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm in a network of destinations that would be 10-20 minute electric flights bypassing the growth of traffic in the region.
Gaming
Netflix is letting you play Red Dead Redemption on mobile
I’m not going to lie we were not expecting this from Netflix but their gaming ambitions seem to continue amidst a lack of clarity on their strategy. You can now play the first Red Dead Redemption game right from your phone thanks to Netflix

Our vision
Artificial intelligence tools are already being integrated into companies to tackle both repetitive and meaningful tasks. The work we’re doing is showing us that tools like Copilot Studio are built on top of pre-existing foundations like Power Automate and the connection to the 365 suite actually makes it a useful tool that is primed for growth.
If you build with AI whether on your own or your company has worked with someone to build AI functionality within legacy workflows we’d love to hear from you and learn more. Our experience so far is that there are plenty of tasks waiting to be offloaded to AI. But even saying this it’s obvious the impact AI is having on the job market especially for entry level roles that are ripe for automation.
Netflix is quietly pushing forward into gaming and one can’t help but ask what their ultimate goal is. Do they see that attention is shifting towards gaming over traditional consumption of media in the younger generations? Or do they think that with their move into live television they need to continue to diversify and become an everything app for all forms of entertainment? We’ll see where this goes in 2026.
Three new additions in the spatial computing realm show the staying power of company’s commitment to trying to get a foothold in this market. The only thing is, the consumers still don’t seem to be flocking by the masses to purchase these devices. The devices are surely getting more advanced but until they have killer use cases we are going to continue to see the competition heat up until someone strikes gold.
The same can be said about the robotaxi race. We are still early in the next Industrial Revolution across many fronts but progress is accelerating. Uber’s push into the robotaxi wars against competitors like Tesla and Waymo shows that the first step is pilot programs to gather data and perfect the experience and safety while we wait for the technology to continue advancing.
A more intriguing advancement is taking to the skies with Archer Aviation. Being in South Florida the possibility of using a network of flying taxis to go between places like Boca Raton, Miami and West Palm is exciting given the population growth in the area that doesn’t look like it’s slowing down. Imagine instead of driving over an hour from Boca to Miami you can drive 10 minutes to your closest flying taxi station and 15 minutes later land atop a skyscraper in downtown Miami. This sounds like the future we were promised.
As for our other industries that we usually cover like Robotics, Biotech and Space we weren’t too impressed with this past week of updates. We don’t want to bring you fluff and we will continue to focus on the latest technology breakthroughs that will have a meaningful impact on your career or daily life.
